Movement??

Is it normal to be able to see movement but not necessarily feel it? I'm 35+3 and when I watch my baby move around there's times I don't feel the movement but can see a slight jerk(it's nothing compared to the big rolls or kicks she does) My placenta is at the back so I know it's not that
