Bathroom ?

Can straining to go poop cause a miscarriage? Im having lots of trouble using the bathroom. I can sit on the toilet for over an hour and get alittle out. Ive tried everything and nothing seems to work. 😖

I've never heard of that.you might add fiber into your diet otherwise you might end up with hemorrhoids.

Fruit, water are your best friend during pregnancy. Constipation can be a pain when pregnant I stayed that way with my daughter cause i didnt know better

I couldn't go for over a week. The doc finally had me load up on laxitive (certain kinds) and it took another 4 days, but sure as shit I finally got it out. Colace, miralax, glycerin suppository, metamucle and the one I think worked the best is milk of magnesia. Hope this helps good luck.

Never herd that but eat fiber an lost if veggies Alison get a stool softener. My dr put me on one called Colace it works great

Lol, actually, it's the opposite. Pregnancy causes constipation. Eat prunes, and drink lots of fluid!
