Placenta Previa

Victoria • TTC #2 for 16 months. 3 Medicated cycles that failed. 1st IVF worked!!! And I have 3 frozen embryos.
I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and had my anatomy scan today and as of right now I have a complete previa. So on pelvic rest (no sex or exercise) and go back in 4 weeks and hope it moves. 
Any one out there experience this? What can I expect?
