Kidney problems

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby and I have never had this problem. I just found out that both of my kidneys are blocked really bad but there's nothing they can do about it until baby comes out. There are some little things they could try but it would put me in to early labor. The pain from this is horrible and when it flares up is much worse then any time Iv been in labor. But I just have to push through it for my little girl. And on top of this we just found a lake in my placenta and have been monitoring her kidneys to. These issues are very new to me, anyone else had any of these issues
