Mommy's of more than one child...

How different is your second child from your first? I've heard people say they are never the same, but I'm just wondering if it's true? I have an 11 month old & may possibly be pregnant again. My first is a breeze & I can count on one hand how many times he's cried. What are the chances of my second being the same way?
