Dry nursing
No snarky comments please, I'm asking people who might have experience.
I'm watching my good friends 3 month baby 1-2 x per week. He's inconsolable at times, and obviously wanting to nurse, but he won't take the bottle, so I dry nurse him (mom knows.) it calms him right down and he usually goes to sleep.
I weaned my son 1 year ago. I'm curious if I might start producing milk again, even though I'm only nursing him one day a week.

We have known each other for a long time, and I was her doula, and I got to CATCH him as he was born! We have a strong bond. And we are both super hippie! I had several friends nurse my sons for me. That's much more natural than pacifiers or bottles!
