Relief!
So I had severe abdominal surgery at the very end of November. I have a 12inch 10lb cyst, left ovary and Fallopian tube removed. Recovery was difficult. And once we got the 4 week clear from my surgeon we conceived our first son, Charles Oliver.
My fear was having to have a c-section. Being epileptic and already having surgery and fresh scar tissue, I knew it was going to be difficult. Not just physically but mentally as well.
Yesterday my OBGYN informed us we will be able to have natural birth. We are so relieved. I'll be able to change his first diaper and feed him his first bottle without the fear of tearing open a scar. We feel so blessed and happy, this news is a huge sigh of relief. Now we just need the all clear to breast feed.
