what's going on?

I've missed two periods already especially since I had unprotected sex in feb then took plan b on the 3rd day . didn't get a period in April or this month (May) I was on BC but I never took it at the same time or I missed a few days. now my nipples are sore and hurt. I've had an appetite like I've never had before and heavy clear discharge. I also sleep everyday for almost half the day I'm always tired :(. Please any advice!!!!
