On-line dating
Ok on-line dating sucks. But I work 12 hour days and I'm a single mom. I've been single for 8 years, and yes that means no sex either which is starting to get frustrating. I joined an online dating site and have been chatting with a guy for almost two months. I actually went to high school with him but we didn't really know each other well. We've had two coffee dates and it was nice. We're taking things slow which is great since we both have young kids: 8 & 9.
We text daily multiple times throughout the day. He works away for two weeks then home for two. I'm ok with slow, but this is snail pace slow. Sometimes I think he's really interested and other times I'm not sure. But he usually texts me first, that's got to mean he liked me right? But I'm the one constantly saying we should go for coffee or something and the response is oh sure.
It's been a long time since I dated- is this normal? All my exs were eager to see me and left no doubt about it. Am I reading too much into things? I feel like I'm almost throwing myself at this guy and he's like whatever
