I'm 169 pounds and 5 feet tall so I Decided to try losing weight so I would be healthier when I get pregnant, but I don't really lose weight I lose size, I've dropped 2 pants sizes, my fat rolls on my back are gone etc. But I still weigh the same so my question is even if I've lost so much size would I still be in healthy during pregnancy? Do I need to wait until I lose pounds instead of size? I'm sorry if I'm not making any sense
