So I'm very interested in attempting an all natural birth in a hospital setting. This is my first pregnancy (due Sept 3rd), so I'm considering having a doula there as added support and guidance. I was just wondering if anyone out there that has used a doula or has had a natural birth, had any recommendations, advice, stories, etc. I really just want to be as prepared as I can be to have a successful natural birth. Any help is appreciated!! 😊
