My 5 month old has been sleeping great in her crib since 3 weeks. She came down with a cold last week and kept waking up in her crib but was so congested and snotty that when she'd get worked up shed gasp for air so I let her sleep w me (I know I am regretting it) how do you ladies train your lo to sleep in their crib again or if you are moving them to the crib for the first time what are your sleep training techniques?
