Hey, so I'm surprise pregnant. We weren't even sure we wanted to have a bio kid. We have 2 adopted boys (5 & 6), and we have been trying to get their brothers (9 & 12). We are 27.

Anyway, I'm still freaking out because my husband and I are both in grad school. I got clearance to take an extra class this summer so I can finish in December, but I'm still in shock, I think.

My question is, especially for you who struggled to get pregnant, how is the best way to tell me friends who have struggled with infertility? Some have conceived, some haven't. I tend to be brutally honesty and forthright, so I need help with sensitivity from people who have been there.
