Ever since I had a laparoscopy four and a half weeks ago, I have noticed that I'm having a REALLY hard time staying hydrated. I've had everything checked and they say I'm fine but I can tell I'm not. My lips are dry and cracked, my mouth and tongue are dry, and no matter how much water I drink I almost immediately have to urinate... I'm not diabetic or anything either. What can I do to help stay hydrated?
