Anyone getting care through the VA?

Veteran ladies! Are you choosing to use the VA, civvie hospital, or a birthing center? I'm trying to weigh the cost effectiveness with the quality of care. Some people are 100% covered by VA and I have no idea if I am. I think I just have a cheaper copay. With my regular insurance I have a cap of 5k. I don't think there's a cap with VA right? I need help working this out. Lol
