How do you cut out processed foods?
I'm wanting to start eating healthy and try to lose weight. My family doesn't really eat healthy at all and only one person has ever lost a decent amount of weight in my family, and she did it by not eating. I want to be healthy about it since I'm doing this to ttc. I see people say to cut out processed foods, but I'm not completely sure what those would be since no one in my family does things healthy. I'm also on a tight budget with my husband and me because we are saving to move in a few weeks. So are non processed foods a lot more expensive? Thanks :) btw, I'm not dumb, I went to college but I just didn't care to learn about anything like this because I always thought I looked fine, but now I want to be healthier because I got diagnosed with PCOS and I want to make sure I am around a long time so I can annoy my husband forever :)
