This is always my signs. I always have on and off mild cramps throughout the week before af starts. Glow just told me I should speak to my doctor about pelvic inflammatory disease as I've logged cramps for over 4 days😮 I know i haven't got anything causing the cramps though because I had pelvic exams and pelvic ultrasound about 2 weeks ago and everything is fine. Does anyone else have cramps for a whole week? Is it considered abnormal? They're not painful just a mild cramp every now & then.. The girls I've asked in my family only have cramps when af actually starts
