Why is this happening ??? I went to two pediatrics and a "dermatologist" and I still have no answer as to what is going on.. It started about a week ago.. The discoloration under the eye ... The skin around the nose is pink ... The are kind of hard.. N has little red bumps... I've been told it could be from the heat or eczema or an allergic reaction .. But no one really knows.. It's driving me crazy... The discoloration is what I'm mostly concerned about .! The first picture is one I just took and the second picture is from about a week ago
