Itchy soles of feet

I'm 29w2d. Started having insanely itchy feet about a week or two ago and it seems to be getting worse. It's especially bad at night. Lotion doesn't help. I googled itchy feet while pregnant to find out what I could put on them safely to stop the itching but then read it could be a sign of choleastasis. Now I'm freaked out and I really want my midwife to test my blood for choleastasis but apparently doctors often brush off the symptoms and so it goes undiagnosed. I know I may not have it but I want to make sure. How do I present this to my midwife without her treating me like a hypochondriac? Can I just demand to have it done?
