My 4 month old seems to hate naps!
My 4 month old cries before every nap during the day. She can only stay up between naps for 45 min to an hour so I watch her cues very closely. She does seem to let out some frustration whines and that is my cue to go ahead and take her upstairs for her nap. She is clearly sleepy but starts crying before I even put her in her crib. She then will cry and whine for about 5 min before nodding off. Any thoughts or suggestions?
She goes to bed between 7-7:45 after a bath and feeding. She is breastfed and wakes about 2-3 times per night. She usually wakes up for the day at about 7. Not sure if these factors set the tone for the rest of the day or vice versa.
