Crystal light ok to drink ???

I googled n it says it's fine but I hate that ppl always have something to say my coworker was freaking out that I drink this I just need alternatives cuz I hate water after a while

I'm sure it can't be that bad but I agree with the above statement. 
I've been staying away from artificial sweeteners and 'lite' or 'diet' products just because of the chemicals and substitutions

I actually will treat myself to a soda with cane sugar or sweet tea with sugar in it when I get sick of water but luckily for me I've just felt thirsty for water most of the time. 
-Also, have you tried water with fruit in it for some flavour like lemons or strawberries?

It is fine and won't hurt baby. I would tread lightly on all sugar substitues only because of their long term affects on us mamas.

I love crystal light because I also am not a fan of plain water. My doctor told me no crystal light while pregnant, so my solution has been adding a little juice to my water instead (I use one part juice, two parts water). V8 makes a juice that doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup and has a bunch of flavors. It's a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it because I'm also getting some of my fruits and veggies for the day.

It should be fine. I try to drink water, but I get really sick of it after a while. My doc says anything that helps me drink water or eat at all, do it, and don't feel guilty about doing what you can. I hate when people feel like they can preggo police people.

I heard if you drink too much it can cause kidney stones.

I was told no because it contained aspartame. I would ask your doctor.
