My period's MIA!!!

So I was supposed to get my period last week but I haven't got it!!😱 it's 5 days late... I am not pregnant. I took a test and it came out negative??ive never missed a period and starting to get a little worried that something might be wrong?? So should I be worried or is this just normal??
