Had a Dr appointment this afternoon found out that I am 90% effaced and already 4cm dialated. I had expected to be dialated because of the pinching feeling that I had been having in the pelvic region but did not expect to be that far. My OB thinks that I will be back in tonight to have the baby!!😃

At this point I can't tell dialation pains from contraction pains.

Any tips or suggestions for helping this to be a smooth labor ?

So excited! Today is also my grandpa's birthday! My son's middle name is going to be my grandpa's name.
