My last Depo-provera injection was in October 2015, it took me until late April to start spotting/menstruating and ever since then i have been spotting for a few days every 10 days or so, and sometimes it seems to be a full period. I was wondering if any of you have had similar experiences with going off of Depo, and if you suggest regulating my cycle again with the pill or something or if my body will return to a normal cycle in time?
