Hurt 😔😔

So I sent my partner a sexual photo earlier and he basically shut me down and I asked him if he didn't like me that way anymore (he has shit me down a lot lately) and he said he does but just thinks I'm just constantly horny all day everyday and when I read that it actually hurt me a lot. Am I just letting him get to me? 😣
