TMI Chemical Pregnancy?

I need some personal experiences. Has anyone been a week late, had a bit of spotting at the 2 week mark (like I wouldn't have know had I not done a cervical mucus check, which was sorta egg whitish with blood in it), had cramping and other PMS symptoms for the past 2 weeks, and been pregnant? I took one of the New Choice Dollar Tree tests and it was positive. Like in less than a minute. I've never had a false positive withbinebof then before. Is it possible it's just a chemical pregnancy? I was going to test again in the morning as well.

Help! I'm trying not to freak out, but my husband and I are not ready for this. I am normally really good about knowing when I ovulate and I know it took like two weeks this time because of stress in my life.
