Opioid Tax...

So tonight on the news they are considering adding a 3 dollar tax to all opioid prescriptions to help fund drug treatment programs.. so this is everyone that takes any form of them.. addicted or not. Do you think it's right to have to pay this tax even if you aren't addicted and never have been ..??
