Let me just tell you about this fighter!
This is Talina. She is just over a year old, and is finally getting the hang of walking. She has a 7 year old sister. I am her nanny, or her "other mom". I have been babysitting her every day from 7am-at least 3:30 and up to 9:30pm for the past 9 months. Her mother is a school teacher who is just recovering from decker post-pardum and other medical issues. 
In the past month, Talina has had a seizure under my care. I rushed her to the ER where her temp was at 105 and she had a UTI that hospitalized her for 2 days. The doctors ignored her mother multiple times when she told them her urine smelled. We found out that her urine was going back into her kidney. She had a scheduled surgery for almost two weeks ago and has a baby c-section thing where they operated. The week before the surgery, she had a lip tie performed and it was cauterized. The week after her surgery, she hit her head on a wood burning stove trying to get a toy and got 4 stitches. She is currently teething, and going through another UTI that just hurts her so bad she screams whenever she urinates.
However, this happy baby is so full of life despite the pain she has been in! I'm just so proud of her!
She is preparing me to be a mother when I finally get to have my own angel. ❤️
