Soy isoflavones?

Cassie • I am 1 in 10- PCOS fighter.
Has anyone tried them? I've been doing some research and some people are saying that it's a natural alternative to clomid. Everything I've read about it is positive, I really have not read one person saying anything negative about it. I understand it shouldn't be used for people with regular cycles, I'm talking about irregular women, or people with PCOS like myself.
