Loss of first baby...
After a little over a year of ttc, my husband and I were ecstatic to find out that we were expecting on April 12th. We told our close friends and family within the week and waited to tell everyone else until our ultrasound appointment May 4th. 
I should've been 8 weeks 4 days on May 4th but I have had irregular periods/ovulation so the baby only measured at 7 weeks 4 days. But we saw him/her and watched his/her heart beating away on the ultrasound screen.
May 20 I started having some spotting/discharge after intercourse and was kind of worried because I hadn't had any at all yet but didn't think much of it because the dr said it was common to spot after intercourse. Fast forward 3 days later...
May 23, 2016- the day I miscarried our precious baby. I was 10 weeks 2 days along.
