my baby girl does very well when she sleeps at night. but during the day, she will only nap if i carry her. whenever we try to put her down, she wakes up right away which then makes her cranky. she also wakes up from even the slightest noise. any recommendations on what i can do? im going back to work really soon & my mom's babysitting her but she warned me that she wont have the patience to hold her while she naps.
