I am over thinking, aren't I?

So where my husband works (it's a golf course) they have a bar and restaurant. There is a girl who works at the bar and her name is Emily. Recently whenever he leaves, even if I'm there, my husband says goodbye to her with a nickname. He calls her Emmms. He really doesn't have any nicknames for me. Plus he acts awkward around her when I am there. I don't know why but I find this weird. I am overthinking it right?
