breast pumps at hospitals?

so I was going to pack my hospital bag and was wondering if I should bring my breast pump. my baby has a congenital heart defect which will require him to have open heart surgery after birth, but I was told I could still give him breast milk. does this mean I have to bring the pump with me to the hospital to pump for him?

They have hospital grade pumps there and will give you a set of new parts to hook up to and pump. You shouldn't need to bring yours and you get to take the extra parts home with you which is nice

Lots of hospitals have them and they're the really good ones. Usually you can even look it up on the website. Prayers for you and baby!

Call the hospital and ask. I bet they have good pumps you can just use there.
