Is it consider a rape when a guy force himself to go down on me? He force himself to give me oral sex when I told him no and had to fight him to get him off but he still force himself

Any sexual act he does and you didn't flat out say "yes" to or even if he started to and was in the middle of it and you say "no" or "stop" is flat out sexual assault/rape.
