I get wet anytime I'm around him...💦🙌🏾

So I have this guy friend. We literally started off as just friends, got really close to where we talk about anything, to now whenever I'm near him I get wet. He can bump into me, hug me, or even simply catch eyes with me and BAM. Lol. Me and him have never had sex, kissed, or anything physical until recently we started actually hugging eachother. Is that strange that I get wet in his presence? Part of me thinks it has to do with my hormones because I just got back on the pill, but the other half has me wondering if I'm ready to take our friendship outside of the friend zone... Any thoughts?
