Help please!

So I miscarried on 16th Febuary at 7 weeks. The doctor told me it seemed as though the baby had never really developed from the start. Me and my partner have been TTC ever since but are yet to fall pregnant again. It may seem like a silly question but if I got pregnant before does this mean there are no fertility issues? I understand it can take time to conceive but if we know we can get pregnant it is likely to happen again right? I just want my rainbow baby now :-(
