Left side sharp pains that come and go all day...

I have been experiencing sharp shooting pains on my left hand side today that have been coming and going all day! I am 7 DPO and have been TTC for 11 months 🙄! The month I have been getting pains on right side and now the left didn't know whether it is ovulation pains but I'm sure I was ovulating when glow told me I was..

I have been feeling very fatigue, back ache, headaches, cramping and shooting pains, they do not feel like period pains at all!! My cycle is very accurate 27 day cycle. Some foods I can not eat when smelling them make me feel very queezy!

Anyone else experienced this and got a PFP?!
