Hi mamas! So I need a little help, I ended up in the ER Tuesday night with contractions 3-4mins apart. I was 2cm dilated and no change in my cervix for 4 hrs. So they sent me home. Went to OB appt Wednesday morning and I'm still 2cm dilated and 50 effaced, dr thinks she's gonna come next week but she's still high in my cervix. Any tips on how to get her turned and head down? Honestly don't want a cesarean :( I'm 35wks2days. (Please no judgement or rude comments)
