GLUTEN FREE PCOS OPINIONS?

So im considering going gluten free to help my fertility but i've read up it is good for pcos then on other hand its bad as more calories are in foods gluten free as the added sugar to make up the taste lost from the gluten which can't be no good for our levels? OPINIONS PLEASE

I am gluten free for my pregnancy as well but because of inflammation. If you are eating processed foods then yeah there will be more calories but remember that fruits, vegetables, meat and many carbs are all naturally gluten free. We eat only a limited amount of processed foods and actually lost weight.  Good luck!
