Does anyone else get paranoid ?

Even if I didn't do anything sexual. Or if I did, and it was safe. I still get paranoid when my period hasn't came. This app says my period is going to come in 3 days. But I'm nervous, what if it doesn't? I have missed a month of my period before. Since I have social anxiety, my periods can be kind of irregular. But it still makes me nervous. Because I totally don't want to be late. 😖 The app asked me today, if my period has came , just in case it came early. & I said no. Because it hasn't. In these cases when I'm paranoid, I wish it would come early! Haha. But it seems whenever I get really paranoid and start thinking, the next day it comes. So maybe tomorrow 😂🤔..
