Ladies TTC how do you keep a good pH balance?

Just water! Nothing should be going inside of your vagina, and if you're using it to wash the Labias then it's not going to have an effect on the inside/your pH balance anyways.

Washing regularly, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and maybe a probiotic supplement will help keep your vagina in check.

I use a feminine wash maybe once or twice a month. But for the most part, I just use water (:

I take baths once in a while with baking soda, a little Apple cider vinegar and Epsom salts. Since I started doing that I have no issues. I've never even had a UTI.
