Fenugreek?

Has anyone taken the capsules and they worked for supply or did not work? I'm wanting to try it but would love to hear how it's worked for others...

Have u read that in the label, they say Fenugreek is not for use during pregnancy or nursing?

It worked for me just hated the maple after taste. Also makes your urine smell like maple. But it works as far as increasing the supply.

I've been taking it for about a month and it's worked wonders for me! 😊😊😊 you do smell like syrup for a little while but that eventually goes away 😀
