I need help!

Becka • Thu, May 26 • Student and stay at home wife. Currently TTC baby #1. Starting assisted conception in June.

I don't ovulate on my own but this month I had an ultrasound showing that I actually had a dominate follicle which is amazing. That being said, I have been cramping and feeling kinda sick today and had a positive opk. Is this normal of ovulation?
