Do I ovulate?

Question

Hi I would like to know if the strips showing a light stripe mean that I will ovulate sooner or later.

I haven't been tested at the doctors to see if I ovulate every month and would like to know if I actually do ovulate, because I only started getting regular on time periods 6 months ago after I lost 30kg.

I did a strip just now and it is about half the way there so does that mean I am on the way to ovulating and that I definitely will ovulate because it's there?

There will always be a lighter line because LH is always in our system, once the line starts getting darker that is a good indication that you will get a positive soon. It's a good idea to test twice a day once the lines starts getting darker so you don't miss it. Also, a positive test indicates that you SHOULD ovulate, not that you definitely will.
