Just excitement lol
I'm 6 weeks postpartum and I've already lost the weight I gained while pregnant plus an extra 10!! My secret!? EBF- exclusively breastfeed on demand and eating healthy foods. No processed foods at all, limited grains and starches, no red meat (only chicken, turkey, and salmon). Extra veggies and fruits. That's what I eat and I'm on a 2500-2800 calories a day "diet" and I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks.
