Fake boobs!!

So over a year ago I got brest implants, was told I wouldn't be able to have kids. Well I had a Mc in December and I'm now 7 weeks pragnent😍so happy husband and I were totally trying... anyways has anyone had implants and gotten Pragnent after?? My breasts hurt sooo mlbad all the time I can only wear a bra for a few hrs at a time cuz I can not handle the pressure. Mine are under my muscle, will I be able to breathe feed or no ?? My doc said no but I phoned my surgen and he said yes... and ladies on here with Implants??? Could you breast feed or no???
