Alcohol and feeling sick a lot?

So I've been ttc for almost a year. Not trying to get my hopes up this cycle because I feel like it's not going to happen soon. But I've realized lately that when I smoke a cigarette I feel nauseous and I never use too. And today I had two little sips of MD 20/20 and instantly felt sick to my stomach. And then I smelt left over nachos that we had for dinner and I thought I was going to be sick again. I'm not trying to get my hopes up but does this sound like anything?
