EARACHE!! Jaw pain! Help!

I have been up all night, my ear is killing me!!! I don't know what to do! I can hear fluid in my ear but I can't hear anything else out of it! My jaw hurts on the same side. So awful. I've been googling and I found some posts that said its because I'm retaining fluid, which I already know bc I gained 5 lbs Ina week and have preeclampsia and my feet are sausages. But what can I do to stop this pain and drain this fluid. I'm 34 weeks.
