I'm the worst for this dream...

I had a dream I was making out with my first love, who I was with for over four years. I was so freaking happy in my dream and then I woke up to my husband and felt a ping of jealousy for my ex's new wife. Can someone please talk some sense into me?! I really do love my husband so idk why I felt that way.
