What did u do to stop smoking?

What did you ladies do to stop smoking as soon as you found out you are pregnant & did it work?

I just threw my smokes away and chose to not smoke for my baby. Mind over matter.

The second my test came back positive I threw them away and wouldn't allow myself to buy more. It's a mind over matter thing. Basically I had the mindset that the baby's health is more important than me needing a cig. I also made my husband smoke outside and away from me. He actually decided to quit as well he went to vaping instead. Which is safe around me since all he's letting out is water vapor :)
